Abstract

Parallel to the kinetic campaign, Israel launched a massive cyberattack against Iran, causing a near-total internet blackout. In response, Iranian state-aligned entities have initiated retaliatory operations against Israel, the Gulf, and global infrastructure. This escalation presents elevated risks to India as a second-order affected country, particularly in its energy, IT, and financial sectors.
